I needed new glasses for everyday use (not sunglasses). I'd seen the Oakley Trajectory online. I spontaneously stopped by Factory Pilots and I have to say: SUPERB service! They didn't try to push anything on me, but asked about my needs and how I'd be using them, and then made me a suitable offer. I even had my eyes tested right there. The price was very, very attractive and nothing like what I'd been told in downtown Munich. Super friendly staff! Thank you so much!

Yesterday I bought an Oakley Radar EV Pitch photochrom on site. After a slip-up at Rudy Project, I ended up back at Oakley. Top advice, very nice, patient and the prices are also ok, especially for a real store and not a pure online store. There are a lot of glasses on site in all colors and variations. Perfect👍🏻, keep it up! My Oakley passed the endurance test perfectly today. 3 hours in the rain on the gravel bike on the road and through the forest. The sun even came out for 5 minutes. Everything perfect.

My ophthalmologist (a huge Oakley fan) advised me not to order my lenses from a regular optician, but from an official Oakley dealer. I had been experiencing frequent dizziness, which was probably due to the curved lenses not being ground correctly. What can I say? From now on, there's only one optician I trust: the team at Factory Pilots (especially Leoni). The price was surprisingly affordable and fair (I thought it would be extremely expensive), and the service was very courteous. Don't order online, folks, when the best service and a great price are so close at hand. And the best part: the annoying dizziness is gone.

Fourth pair of sunglasses bought here. This has to be my favourite Oakley shop. They have a really good selection of sunglasses ranging from the newest versions all the way to some interesting and not so common models. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always worth a visit.
